  • VPN & Proxy Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for annual plans and 48 hours for monthly subscriptions.
  • International Gift Delivery Services: Refund requests must be made before the gift has been dispatched to the recipient.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • The digital product was not delivered to your registered email or account within 24 hours of purchase
  • You received an incorrect product or denomination
  • The gift card code or service credential is invalid or non-functional
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing VPN or proxy services despite troubleshooting assistance
  • Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions on your account

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Gift cards that have been redeemed, used, or partially used
  • Change of mind after receiving a functional digital product
  • VPN or proxy services that have been actively used beyond the trial period (if applicable)
  • Products purchased during promotional sales marked as "non-refundable"
  • Services where delivery was successful but recipient details were incorrectly provided by the customer
  • Third-party delivery delays beyond SanchexHub's control for international gift services

3. Return Process

If you believe you're eligible for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

4. Refund or Exchange Options

Full Refund:

  • Issued to your original payment method for undelivered, incorrect, or non-functional products
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)

Store Credit:

  • Offered as an alternative to refunds for faster resolution
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used toward any product or service on SanchexHub

Replacement/Exchange:

  • Available for incorrect gift card denominations or non-functional service credentials
  • Replacement will be delivered within 24-48 hours of approval

Partial Refund:

  • May be offered for VPN/proxy services that were partially used if technical issues are confirmed

5. Shipping Costs

Since SanchexHub deals exclusively in digital products:

  • No physical shipping costs apply to standard transactions
  • For international gift delivery services involving physical items, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
  • If a reshipment is required due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs

6. Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functional Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-functional digital product:

Immediate Action:

  • Provide your order details and description of the issue
  • Include screenshots or error codes when applicable

Our Commitment:

  • We will investigate all claims within 24-48 hours
  • For confirmed defective products, we offer an immediate replacement or full refund

  • No hassle, no lengthy forms—just a quick resolution

7. Special Circumstances

Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice unauthorized charges on your account, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including issuing refunds for confirmed fraudulent transactions.

Service Disruptions: In the event of prolonged service outages or disruptions to our VPN or proxy services beyond our control, we may offer prorated refunds or service extensions.

Promotional & Bundle Purchases: Products purchased as part of bundles or promotional offers may have specific return restrictions. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
